Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and have original tags attached
  • All sale items and Mystery Bags are final sale
  • International orders are final sale

How to Start an Exchange

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery and let us know which item(s) you’d like to exchange for.
  • Once confirmed, we will hold your requested exchange item(s) for up to 7 days.
  • Please ship your original item(s) back as soon as possible.
  • If your return is not received within 7 days, the held item(s) will be released back into inventory and you will need to restart the exchange process.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • We will ship your first exchange back to you free of charge (US orders only)
  • Any additional exchanges will incur standard shipping rates

Restocking Fees

  • For returns, there is a $3 restocking fee per item
  • Orders that received free shipping: $7 fee to offset shipping and handling costs + $3 restocking fee per item
  • If choosing store credit, applicable restocking fees will still apply.


  • Please note: discount codes cannot be applied toward Mystery Bags.
